That is Dr. Sakas, no other Veterinarian even comes close to the love and caring, and compassion Dr. Sakas demonstrates each and every time he treats and heals one of his charges.

    I am writing this to again praise your staff. Maria at the front desk is a perfect person to be the first one to talk to. She is very calming and upbeat and very knowledgeable also. I found it very helpful to talk to her today a few times!!

    The rest of the staff that I worked with today are all amazing – I was surprised at how Ruby warmed up to Brittany so quickly because Ruby isn’t really a snuggler with new people. Obviously Brittany has the “magic touch.” Also Lauren was very sweet when I had a problem with my credit card!

    And of course, Dr. Sakas, you are amazing. You are so kind and loving to Ruby and you always make me laugh. It is obvious that you have a great relationship with your staff. It looks to me like a great place to work.

    So thanks again for taking such good care of Ruby.

    Always used to pass this place whenever we went up North though never consider it until my “babies” (parakeets) need a physician. Dr. Peter Sakas is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL persons I have ever met – his staff excels in their consideration of their patients. I do believe that the patients here are treated better than human patients at some physicians offices. Today I received a sympathy card due to the passing of Nibbler my parakeet who was 19 years old. I do plan on adopting 2 parakeets asap as I miss their talking, singing, etc. Thank you Niles Animal Hospital for your huge consideration.

    I may be the longest client of NAH,having started with my beloved dog “Wolfe”, when I was 8 years old! Dr. Lafeber, Dr. Sakas’ mentor, saved that puppy, after he was electrocuted. He kept this wonderful Shepherd healthy to the ripe old age of 18, and as an adult, my wife of 35 years, them my fiancé, brought him to NAH, to put him at rest.
    Then, just in January, Dr. Sakas helped us thru the decision of putting our beloved Rottie, Stella, to rest.
    It’s been an amazing 46 years. There is no finer Vet than Dr. Peter Sakas, and what a great guy! So thankful to have my pets & our lives enriched with his care, wisdom @ friendship.
